Halal Buffet On Wheels | The Landmark | Royal Palm OCC

REJOICE buffet lovers!

Both The Landmark and Royal Palm OCC restaurants introduced a brand new dining concept called Halal Buffet On Wheels. Yes we all know that buffet are strictly not allowed due to the guidelines stated. BUT what if the buffet are now served to you at your own table – with wheels 😋

Restaurant had precautionary measures to ensure safety of all diners(and that includes us!). Upon entry, we were shown our seats indoor which were fully airconditioned. It felt like nothing changed since we were there last year!

Soon, we were greeted by the quick serving of hot appetizer which includes curry puffs and spring rolls. Cutleries were neatly packed in a plastic wrapper and service staffs were very friendly and responsive. Once appetizers were done, the main course came rolling it. 

Choose from the different Specials – Nasi Padang, Seafood, Western and Northern Indian. Trust me. We personally love the Seafood and Northern Indian ones but it really depends on personal preference. You can have a go at all of the Specials though!

Don’t forget to try their Butter Chicken which is a boneless tandoor marinated chicken cooked in rich tomato gravy and Mutton Rogan Josh (mutton braised with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices).

Quick tip: Request for Seafood Specials if you are into chilli crab and sambal prawns – these die-die must try!

If you dine in during the weekends, you will enjoy these mouth-watering menu which includes Tulang Merah, BBQ Prawns and BBQ Chicken Wings / Chicken Drumlets.

Once all main courses are done. You can request for their ‘pencuci mulut’ or dessert which includes assorted kuih and pastries – comes with ice cream cup too!

Finally, our craving for buffet met expectations. The food hit the right spot and we were VERY pleased by the range of Buffet On Wheels and the service rendered to every tables. We were also told that they will be adding more Buffet On Wheels cart to meet the growing demand.
